Yes, rehearsals at Ashington & District Male Voice Choir can be so much fun!

Last night, the guys were back ‘polishing’ up on some numbers from their existing repertoire for the forthcoming Annual Concert on Saturday, 18th May 2024.

Neil Morton, musical director, and Derek Brett, accompanist, were checking out lines on ‘Softly As I Leave You’, coal mining favourites – ‘The Colliers’ Requiem’ and ‘Working Man’, and re-introducing ‘What Would I Do Without My Music’. And you can see they got a positive response from the members!

It was also good to see our two new basses, John and Norman, back again. Hope to see you once again next week.
