Ashington & District Male Voice Choir welcome you to the musical  video, 'Yard Seam, Bothal High - Concert 2!'

The Choir performed two concerts in the Pit Hill Chapel at Beamish Museum on Saturday, 6th July 2024.

'Yard Seam, Bothal High' was one of a selection of songs performed from the musical, 'Fell 'Em Doon' in the second concert. It was written by Derek Hobbs and Mike Kirkup, and first performed at the Ashington Festival in 1994. The performance was appropriate with it being the 40th Anniversary of the Miners' Strike and a week before the Durham Miners' Gala when it will be remembered.
