Newbiggin-by-the-Sea will certainly be in song this October!

Thanks to the efforts of Ashington & District Male Voice Choir, the Choir will be performing twice during the month.

On Sunday, 20th October at 3.00pm, the Choir will be performing their 'Remembering Local Heroes' Concert at St. Bartholomew's Church in aid of the RNLI and the Church. Susan Robertson is the guest artist. This event is already sold out.

On Friday, 25th October from 1.00pm, the Choir will be performing at The Maritime Centre as part of a community celebration. The Choir is supporting Ashington and Newbiggin-by-the-Sea Town Councils as they welcome guests from the City of Remscheid in Northwest Germany. 

The region will never forget the support of the people of Remscheid to the region during the Miners Strike, 40 years ago!
