Ashington & District Male Voice Choir normally get some positive feedback from audiences at our concerts!

Many thanks to Brian, Jac and Karen for your great feedback about our recent concert in Hadston Village on Saturday, 8th March 2025.

We also thought it would be good to share with you the thoughts of some of our members. Here is what Alan Beattie in our baritone line said:

'The choir braved the freezing mist and fog of the North East coast on Saturday night for a concert at Hadston Community Centre.

We were made very welcome by the staff and a very receptive audience. Songs included Waters of Tyne, Colliers Requiem and Dance to ye Daddy, made all the better by the super acoustics of the building. 

Our Musical Director Neil Morton and Accompanist Derek Brett treated us to some interesting duets on the piano too.

A pie and pea supper revived us for the second half and all made for a very enjoyable evening.'
