Our Rehearsals

Rehearsals

Ashington & District Male Voice Choir normally meet on Thursday evenings, during school terms, between 7.00pm and 9.00pm.

The venue is Stakeford & Bomarsund Sports and Welfare Centre, Choppington, Northumberland, NE62 5UB.

You can check out directions by following this link to Find Us.

The Choir normally take a 10-to-15-minute break for refreshments, which are supplied. Time for a cuppa and chat halfway through the evening.

Our rehearsals are aimed at keeping members refreshed with the current repertoire, regular line practice, the introduction of new pieces of music and rehearsing for forthcoming events.

Rehearsals are fun, rewarding, and good social events!

If you like to sing and would like to come and join in there is no audition and you don’t have to be able to read music but if you can great. We provide all the music and a uniform Jacket.

We offer free entry and a six-week trial period.
