Ashington & District Male Voice Choir is a friendly community choir, which has been promoting the benefits of male voice singing for nearly 110 years.
We are always keen to strengthen the Choir and will consider suitable new members at any time. The Choir is always interested in hearing from anyone who may be interested in joining a great bunch of guys.
Basses and Tenors are always in high demand as all choirs know. Whether you are tenor, baritone, or bass we would love to hear from you.
As a friendly group of 'nonprofessional' like-minded singers, we consider ourselves approachable should you decide to apply for membership.
Our musical repertoire is varied, entertaining and regularly updated. You can learn more about our music by following these links, Repertoire or Video.
Singing can be very beneficial to your health and wellbeing. You can learn more by following this link, Benefits of Singing. You can also learn about some of our members’ views on being members by following this link, Members Views.
The Choir rehearses on Thursday evenings between 7.00pm and 9.00pm at Stakeford & Bomarsund Sports and Welfare Centre in Choppington. Follow this link, Our Rehearsals, to learn more.
