New Music in 2024 to 2025

Ashington TC


Ashington & District Male Voice Choir is always keen to keep the music in its  concert programmes fresh and varied.

Thanks to support from Ashington Town Council, the Choir was able to purchase five new pieces of music during 2024-2025 to add to its repertoire. The new pieces included 'And So It Goes' by Billy Joel, the Irish folk song, 'Carrickfergus', 'Let It Be Me' by The Everly Brothers, the New Zealand folk song, 'The Wellerman' and 'We Are The Champions' by Queen.

It is hoped that Ashington & District Male Voice Choir will start learning the new material during 2025 for inclusion in future concert programmes.
